How do I know if items are in stock?
Ready to Party strives to ensure that we keep enough stock to meet our customers’ requirements. Items listed as available are, to the best of our knowledge, available to ship within the advertised timeframe. However, stock levels are subject to change at any time and if for any reason we cannot supply a particular item for an order placed through our website in the advertised timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to wait, replace or refund your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. If you wish to pay by an alternative method, please contact us at email@example.com.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes, GST is included in the advertised price.
Will I receive a confirmation email when I order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email confirming that your goods have been sent.
What if I want to add to my order after it has been processed?
We ship your order to you as quickly as possible, however if we haven’t yet shipped your item then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Do you have a shopfront where I can view your products?
Ready to Party is an online only business which means orders can only be taken online and shipped to you.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples, but we don’t have a minimum order, so you may order just one of the product you wish to view, plus shipping and handling. We offer photos and descriptions of all products on the website. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer regular and express shipping throughout Australia.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
How long will it take to get my order?
This will depend on the shipping method chosen. We ship your package within 24 hours. Regular shipping usually arrives within two to eight business days. Express shipping usually arrives within one to three business days. Please contact us at email@example.com if your order is urgent.
I need my order faster than your advertised shipping times, is this possible?

Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer this service as we are an online-only business. However, if you need your order urgently, please contact us at email@example.com and we can organise to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment we only ship Australia-wide, but we plan to ship internationally very soon. However, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do have an international order and we will see what we can do.
Can I return an item?
In the rare event that an item is damaged, broken or defective, please send us a photo to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will contact you immediately.
If you have changed your mind, or made an error when ordering, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them and we will offer you an exchange or a credit o use at Ready to Party within the next 12 months. Return shipping is at your expense and the items must be unused and with their original packaging intact.
We don’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items or items which have been personalised or used.
To organise an exchange or credit note, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code and the reason for exchange.
I am a vendor. Can I submit my products to you?
